Abstract
Based on the study of SKXC-3000/20 High-speed CNC milling machine which are produced by a certain CNC Technology Co.,Ltd.,the CNC milling process is analyzed deeply, and a virtual CNC milling process simulation system is developed by using OpenGL and Visual C++ as the developing tools. In which gear parameters and tools parameters are input to obtain a NC machining code after processing, which shall be tested and translated to obtain machining data and status data to be applied to drive the operation of virtual machine parts. Then boolean operation is applied for tools scanning body model and discrete workpiece model to achieve material removal process,in which phenomenon of interference collision during milling process is observed and the correctness of the NC program is tested effectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
