The Application Analysis of Anti-infectives in Our Hospital From 2006 to 2008 Year

Objective To evaluate the utilization status of antibacterial drugs and the its tendency in our hospital. Methods To Sort and analyze our hospital's anti-flu drugs from Jan 2006 to Dec 2008. Results The sales amount of the cephalosporins,quinolones and penicillins has been ranked the top three. The total sales amount of the three types is 84%～94% of all the anti-infectives. Cephalosporins,quinolones are the most frequently used in our hospital's second-class anti-infectives. Conclusion After implementation of 《The guiding principles for clinical applications of the antibacterial drugs》and the new 《Prescription management methods》,the use of the anti-infective drugs in our hospital is becoming increasingly rationalize,but there are still poor. In clinical applications,the supervision about the reasonable use of the anti-infective drugs should be particularly strengthened.
