Nursing of 112 Cases Receiving Artificial Liver Treatment With Catheterization of Femoral Vein

Objective To discuss the nursing for the patients with catheterization of femoral vein and ensure artificial liver treatment.Methods The nursing of the patients with catheterization of femoral vein in artificial liver treatment was evaluated.Results A total of 112 patients treated by artificial liver support system were analyzed.The catheterization of femoral vein were detained for 3-20 days(average 13.21 days).Thirty two cases(28.57%) had adverse reactions,including hemorrhage(20 cases),piqureing into arteria cruralis(8 cases),haematoma(2 cases),catheter ablat(1 case) and acupuncture syncope(1 case).No serious adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion Nursing could effectively reduce the rate of adverse reactions in catheterization of femoral vein and facilitate the artificial liver treatment.
