Abstract
Objective To approach P53 PCNA expression in gastric mucosa and its correlation with stomach carcinoma. Methods 80 cases of stomach carcinoma are examined with LSAB immunohistochemistry. Results The obvious positive expression rates of P53 PCNA in stomach carcinoma are 80% and 93.3%, which are notably higher than that in dysplasia. The obvious positive expression rates of P53 PCNA in dysplasia are notably higher than that in chronic atrophic gastritis and in chronic superficial gastritis. Conclusion To examine the different expressions of P53PCNA in gastric muwsa is significant for realizing pathogeny of stomach carcinoma.
