Abstract
The research was to investigate the best condition for liquid fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis SDYT-79 strain and increase the antagonistic substance productivity of strain SDYT-79.The single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were adopted to optimize the liquid fermentation medium and conditions. The constituents of medium, initial pH,fermentation time and temperature were the major factors affecting the yield of SDYT-79.The best compositions of cultural medium were as follow: sucrose 3.0%,peptone 0.3%,yeast extract 2.0%,NaCl 0.3%.The optimal fermentation conditions were as follow: initial pH9.0,temperature 24℃,fermentation time 36h,medium capacity 120mL/250mL,and inoculation rate 0.5%~1%.Inhibitory action of strain SDYT-79 fermentation solution was up 14.3% under the optimum fermentation medium and culture conditions.
