The paper compares standards of Chinese Marxism Ethics and Chinese traditional Ethics and also compares understand of human beings,of ways and means of achieving the ideal character of the ethics of Chinese Marxism with the Chinese traditional ethics in order to promote the development and improvement of the Chinese Marxist Ethics research,to give inspiration for building socialist harmonious society and fostering the ideal character with time feature which most of the people needs and accepts.
