Abstract
Rural sustainable livelihoods require the combination of rural subsistence allowance system and development for poverty relief. However,there is no combination of rural subsistence allowance and development for poverty relief in rural areas. So,there is the problem of rural unsustainable livelihoods. The essay suggests a combined model for the further development of rural sustainable livelihoods in China.
