Practice on rural subsistence allowances system based on sustainable development theory

Rural subsistence allowances are still on the groping stage compared with the urban subsistence allowances.Most of the poor farmers are hard to get out of poor after thinking in the range of rural subsistence allowances.Based on the concept of sustainable livelihoods and poverty elimination capacity theory,this paper introduced the case of Xitang town,Haiyan,Zhejiang province,analyzed China's current system of rural residents' subsistence of the practical's significance in the eradication of poverty,development trends,and perfection methods.
