Thought of the Diagnosis and Treatment of the Elderly Diastolic Heart Failure

The incidence rate of the diastolic heart failure is high in the elder patient with hypertension and coronary heart disease,but the clinical symptom and sign of the diastolic heart failure are not so obvious that such disease cannot be easily diagnosed.Therefore,much attention should be paid to the symptom and sign relative to the diastolic heart failure in clinical jobs combining with the sternum with lung gore,normal echocardiography left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),high plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and so on,Then,such disease can be diagnosed and treated in early stage,in order to improve the life quality of the elder patients and reduce the incidence rate of the terminal complex heart failure.
