Abstract
From the articles Man’s Literature,My Own Garden and Ground,The Origin of Chinese New Literature,we can see that Zhou Zuoren insists “human nature”,“individual freedom” and “independent art spirit”.He divides literature into “of the man” and “not of the man”,“for the art” and “for the life”,“by the inspiration” and “by the order”,then build a new ideal literature style by comparison,selection and combination.
