Abstract
Objective:To investigate the CT guided radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of peripheral non small cell lung cancer in stage Clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:24 cases of peripheral non small cell lung cancer in stage CT guided percutaneous radiofrequency abla tion treatment, observed in patients with preoperative and intraoperative noninvasive blood pressure, pulse rate and peripheral oxygen saturation, preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative 1~3 month CT scanning,CT value of tumor volume changes. Results:radiofrequency ablation in patients with blood pressure, pulse rate and peripheral oxygen saturation had no significant change after treatment in March;CT scan showed in 28 tumors, tumors disappeared completely(CR)14(50%);tumor regression(Pra)8(28.57%);tumor regression(PRb)4(14.29%)tumor regression(NR),2(7.14%),the total efficiency of: 92.86%,preoperative CT value, the immediate postoperative CT scan showed significant differences(P0.05),the immediate postoperative CT scan,1 months after the comparison of CT had significant difference(P0.05),for two years the survival rate was 41.67%,the median survival time was 18 months, complications: pneumothorax in 3 cases, pulmonary hemorrhage in 2 cases,14 cases with fever, after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion :radiofrequency ablation therapy for peripheral non small cell lung cancer curative effect is good, operation complication of minimally invasive, small, controllable, repeatable treatment.
