Abstract
The concentration of copper in two same soil samples solution, made of copper digestion, were separately determined by high-pressure sealed microwave digestion and the whole amount digestion of heating plate treatments.Concentrations of the copper in the soil samples solution were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.According to the results, the high pressure sealed microwave digestion method was better than the whole amount digestion method of electric heating plate in the accuracy and precision aspects.Moreover,high-pressure sealed microwave digestion method was much more time-saving and convenient.
