Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of fasudil hydrochloride on patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 200 cases of acute progressive cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into treatment group Ⅰ(fasudil hydrochloride,n =50),treatment group Ⅱ(hyperbaric oxygen combined with half dose of fasudil hydrochloride,n =50),treatment group Ⅲ(hyperbaric oxygen combined with enough fasudil hydrochloride,n =50) and control group(n =50).Results Basic recovery rate and total effective rate of each treatment group was significantly higher(P 0.01) than control group. The neurologic impairment score of each treatment group was significantly lower(P 0.01) than that before treatment.Among the three treatment groups, basic recovery rate and total effective rate of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were obviously higher than group Ⅰ(P 0.01),but no significant difference was found betwwen group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ.Conclusion Fasudil hydrochloride combined with hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve the clinical prognosis of patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction.Hyperbaric oxygen can decrease the dosage of fasudil hydrochloride without influencing its efficacy.
