Observation of curative effect of Fasudil hydrochloride on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the curative effect of Fasudil hydrochloride on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 92 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(n=47) received combination of routine therapy and Fasudil hydrochloride.Control group(n=45) received combination of routine therapy and Danhong injection.The course was 14 days in two groups.Neurologic Deficit Scale(NDS) and clinical effect were observed after a course.Results The NDS in treatment group was significantly improved after treatment.There was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group(78.72%) was higher than that in control group(55.56%,P0.05).Conclusion Fasudil hydrochloride can improve neurological impairment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and increase curative effect.
