Construction Calculation of Arch Bracket and Arch Rib in Daheidu Nujiang Bridge

Abstract

Daheidu Nujiang bridge arch bracket is made of steel and it uses the standard elements forming spatial truss. Because the arch bracket is all subjected to the arch bridge construction load , its strength and stability is very important . In this paper , the strength and stability of the arch bracket and arch rib is calculated and some important suggestions a-bout the constructing process is put forward.
