Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shuxuening injection combined with low molecular heparin in treating of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 79 patients with UAP were divided into two groups randomly,40 for treatment group,39 for control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group was treated with conventional therapy combined with intravenous drip Shuxuening injection and low molecular heparin 0.4ml,twice daily subcutaneously for 7 days.The frequency of angina pectoris attacks,ST-T changes on the ECG,PLT,PT,APTT were observed.Results The frequency of angina pectoris attacks were decreased in two groups(P0.05),were significant decreased in treatment group(compared with control group,P0.05).There were no significant differences in blood platelet,PT,APTT after treatment in treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with Low molecular heparin are effective and safety in the treatment of UAP.
