Clinical study of Shuxuening injection in treating unstable angina pectoris

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening injection in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods Sixty patients with UAP were divided into two groups randomly:29 patients were treated by conventional therapy;31 patients were treated by conventional therapy combined with intravenous drip of Shuxuening injection.Frequency of angina events,ST-T changes in the rest electrocardiogram(ECG),and blood rheology were observed.Results The frequency of angina pectoris attacks decreased significantly in treatment group compared with control group(P0.05).Improvement in ECG was significantly greater in treatment group than that in control group(P0.05).Blood rheology was ameliorated remarkably in treatment group than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusions Shuxuening injection is effective and safe in the treatment of UAP.
