Abstract

Objective To explore the surgical treatment of hepatic tuberculosis. Methods Sixty cases of patients with hepatic tuberculosis who were given surgical treatment in our hospital were selected, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The treatment efficiency rate was 86.67%, efficiency rate of patients with single lesion was 95.24%, it was significantly higher than patients with many lesions (66.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Hepatic tuberculosis clinical manifestations is complicated, and the pathology examination is the main method of liver tuberculosis diagnosis, surgical resection combined with anti-tuberculosis medicine in treatment of liver tuberculosis is effective.
