The Efficacy of Dangguiliuhuang Tang and PTU Treated Hyperthyroidism

Abstract

[Objective]To observe angelica six yellow Tonga propylthiouracil on the efficacy of hyperthyroidism. [Methods]The patients with hyperthyroidism 40 cases,according to number table,randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group,20 patients with propylthiouracil conventional therapy, the treatment group 20 patients with traditional Chinese medicine Angelica six yellow soup and propylthiouracil treatment,the total course of 2 months.[Results]The cure rate and efficiency of the treatment group were significantly higher (P 0.05),and treatment of pre - treatment group compared with the control group after treatment,FT3,FT4 were significantly decreased ( P 0.01 ),and the treatment group FT3,FT4 decline than the control group ( P 0.01).[Conclusion]Angelica six yellow Tonga methimazole treatment of hyperthyroidism patients,can improve the treatment outcome,reduce the dosage and side effects of western medicine.
