Abstract
Halliday proposed the concept of grammatical metaphor initially,to indicate the relationship between language and the real world,and divided grammatical metaphor into conceptional and interpersonal metaphor.The former is also called metaphor of transitivity.In texts,processes of transitivity are chosen incongruous to those in natural world.The analysis to 10 proses proves the common existence in language,and the transference of the 6 processes is not random,having different stylistic effects.
