Use of polymerizable emulsifier in fluorinated acrylate emulsifier-free emulsion

Abstract
The fluorinated acrylate emulsifier-free emulsion was prepared by continuous dropping method using butyl metharylate,methyl methacrylate,trifluoroethyl methacrylate as raw materials.We discussed the effect of the type and the amount of polymerizable emulsifier and the stability of pre-emulsion on conversion.The results showed that the film prepared with polymerizable emulsifier have lower surface energy than that prepared with conventional emulsifier.
