Study on Prime Minister Shi Hao's Contributions to His Family in the Southern Song Dynasty

In the Southern Song Dynasty,the Prime Minister Shi Hao's contributions to his family could be concluded as following.Firstly,some of his descendants were given chances to get married to descendents of the royal family or to be appointed officials for Shi Hao's reason.He also carefully tested his descendents' capabilities to cultivate their politics capacity accordingly.Secondly,he sponsored the establishment of Siming Yi Tianzhuang(a farm with charitable feature sited in Siming) and Siming Dongtian(name of Shihao's house),based on which his family's habitation community was formed.Thirdly,Shihao wrote genealogy,worked out family instructions and paid attention to children's enlightenment education.At the same time,Shihao also employed masters to teach in his private school,which behavior aroused the fashion of upholding academic research among his families.
