Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of B-ultrasound guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy( PCNL) in the treatment of upper ureteral radioparentcalculus. Methods 48 patients with upper ureteral radioparentcalculus admitted to the department were given PCNL through using B-ultrasound location. The success rate of complete stone removal and the complication rate related to the procedure were recorded. Results Operation tracts of PCNL were successfully set for 48 patients. 42 patients cleared the stones through PCNL once,and 6 patients underwent twice,3 patients of which used combining B-ultrasound and X-ray location. Complications were as follows: fever in 4 cases and urinary tract infection in 2 cases with no abdominal organ injury. Conclusion The B-ultrasound can monitor the puncture process during PCNL of upper ureteral radioparentcalculus. The application of B-ultrasound for upper ureteral radioparentcalculus during PCNL is effective and safe,and should be widely used.
