Abstract

Objective To control the trending density of coexistent rodent. Methods Night trapping method. Results 14 years succeed in catching the rats totally 1 196 pieces. The coexistent rodent in Anyang was composed of 5 species,Mus musculus,Rattus norvegicus, R.flavipectus, Apodemus agrarius and Sunce murinus.Mus musculus was a dominant species, occupied 63.71%.Average rat density was 2.37%. Conclusion Defending coexistent rodent in city area should enhance the monitor the density of rodent, adopt complex prophylactic control measure.
