Abstract

New PersPective on Literature in Wei and Jin Dynastiesis a collection of thesis written by Gunong.On the basis of reserching historical materials on literature in Wei and Jin Dynasties and of analysing the articles,Gunong studied the intellectuals on the political background in Wei and Jin Dynasties of their mentali1y,character and activities.He also studied the occurrence,development and evolulion of kinds of literary phenomena.His rigorous scliolarship,credible evidence and novel study angle fully embody his learnigstyle,that is,discarding the cliche but stating one's own mind.
