Abstract
Signcryption is a new cryptographic technology,which simultaneously fulfills both the function of digital and public key in a logically single step,and more efficient than traditional signature followed by encryption approach.A signcryption scheme with forward security based on ECC is presented.The security of the scheme is also analyzed.An open problem on the design of signcryption is solved.With all the feature,this work is attractive for many specialized applications,such as electronic cash,anonymity authentication,and achieves forward security.
