Public verifiable multi-signcryption scheme

Signcryption is a new cryptographic technology,which simultaneously fulfills both the function of digital signature and public key encryption in a logically single step,and more efficient than the traditionalsignature followed by encryptionapproach.The paper points out the weakness of the previous signcryption scheme proposed by ZHANG Jianhong et al.,and constructs a new signcryption scheme.The new scheme provides message confidentiality,non-repudiation,forward secrecy,and public verifiability.So,it is simple and can be set up easily.
