Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of clopidogrel on the high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) after stents implantation in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). METHODS 82 cases of ACS patients after successful stents implantation were divided randomly into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (32 cases). The observation group were given aspirin and clopidogrel treatment after surgery, the control group were given aspirin treatment after surgery. Peripheral blood samples were drawn to detect the levels of hs-CRP and TNF -αbefore and after treatment of 1 week and 1 month. RESULTS The levels of serum hsC-RP and TNF-α is no obvious difference in both groups before drug, and there was no statistically significant (P﹥0.05); As the treatment duration, the inflammatory factor levels gradually decreased. After treatment of 1 week, the levels of serum hsC-RP and TNF-α was lower than before treatment, and there was no significant difference (P﹤0.05). The levels of serum hsC-RP in the observation group was more significantly lower than that in the control group, there was siignificant difference between them (P﹤0.05). But the levels of serum TNF-αin two groups declined, but there was no significant difference (P﹥0.05). After treatment of 1 month, the levels of serum hsC-RP and TNF-α was lower than that before treatment, and there was no significant difference (P﹤0.05). The levels of serum hsC-RP and TNF-α in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group, there was significant difference between them (P﹤0.05). CONCLUSION Clopidogrel could inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce serum inflammatory factor function, and treat acute coronary syndrome and restenosis after stents implantation.
