Abstract
The effect of the dosage of chitosan and the γ radiation on sludge dewatering was analyzed through the determination of sludge specific resistance to filtration and turbidity. It was found that dewater ability was improved better when the sludge was radiation pretreatment at 4 KGy and the chitosan amount was 6 mL at the concentration of 6 g/L.
