Abstract

The party's Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th proposed to build our party into a Marxist party,as our party's fine tradition and political advantage,the ideological and political work closely related with building learning-oriented political party.The ideological and political work should innovate in four areas,(direction guiding,concept updated,contents expanded,carrier innovation),which vigorously promote the construction of learning-oriented political party.
