Abstract

In this paper a new genus and three new species of Phyllocoptinae are described, all species collected by Feng Yuan-bin Huang Liang-wei from Nanning City (22.8°N, 108.3°E), Guangxi Provence in December, 1985. the length unit is in micron in this article. All type specimens are deposited in the Department of Plant Protection, Nanjing Agricultural University.Neoknorella gen. nov.The new genus is allied to Knorella Keifer, 1975, but differs in the main characters as listed below:1. Type species Neoknorella bambusae sp. nov. (figs. 1-4) Holotypc ♀, paratypes 12♀♀. Host: Bambusa maltiplex var. naa.2. Dichopelmus bambusae sp. nov. (figs. 5-9)The new species is allied to D. haari Sapozhnikova, but differs from the latter in lacking median lines, bearing granules at the two sides of shield, coxae surface with a pattern of stripes, featherclaw divided and with 4-rayed.Holotype ♀, allotype ♂, paratypes 7♀♀. Host: Bambusa sp.3. Anothopoda cinnamomi gp. nov. (figs. 10-14)This new species is allied to A. Johastoni Keifer, but the tergites and female genitalia coverflap smooth and abdominal sternites with elongate microtubercles. Holotype ♀, paratypes 2 ♀♀. Host: Cinnamomum sp.
