Abstract
Researching the electrochemical behavior of phenol at the Single walled Carbon Nanotube modified electrode was condcted by Cyclic Voltammetry. The experiment results showed in the pH=6.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution, the oxidation peak current increased linearly with the concentration of phenol in a range of 2.5×10-7~5.0×10-4 mol·L-1 and its regression equation ipa(mA)=1.098c-3.04×10-3(R= 0.9988,c: mmol·L-1) with its detection limit of 8.0×10-8 mol·L-1(RSN =3) at the scan rate of 100mV/s.The modified electrode has been applied to determine phenol in water and its recovery range was 96.7%~105% with satisfactory results.
