The guarantee mechanism of the teacher's life-long education

To implement the guarantee mechanism of the teacher's life-long education includes two levels educational idea,material and system.On the educational idea level,set up the thought of life-long education and the idea of the All education,establish the notion of educational values that fit in with times' development,and realize the objectives of the teacher's life-long education.On the level of educational culture system,macroscopically,to ensure actualization of the teacher's life-long education with the form of law through the national or local regional lawmaking;microcosmically,to collocate resources of teacher education rationally and construct best environment suitable for the teacther's life-long education development. In aspect of material guarantee,to ensure teacher's paid training,teaching and equipment,material and economic condition by collecting educational approppriations for teachers in any possible way,so as to put the teacher's life-long education on the right developing track,and thus realize life-long education and research,and expedite specialization for teachers.
