Abstract
Objective To study real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT in thediagnosis of gallbladder elevated lesions.MethodsSixth-six cases of gallbladder elevated lesions were per-formed by contrast-enhanced ultrasound and contrast enhanced CT, observation of gallbladder wall and gallblad-der elevated lesions and different phases of enhanced features.ResultsConfirmed by operation and pathologyin 66 cases, 21 cases were gallbladder polyps and adenoma in 10, gallbladder adenomyomatosis in 9 and gall-bladder carcinoma in 26. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound accuracy was 88%, 86%, 95% and 91% alternatively inthe four groups, and contrast-enhanced CT accuracy was 83%, 79%, 95% and 91%. Contrast-enhanced ultra-sound and contrast-enhanced CT in the diagnosis of gallbladder elevated lesions of the accurate rate was alterna-tively 80%(53/66) and 74%(49/66)(P 0.05).ConclusionContrast-enhanced ultrasound has more advan-tages than Contrast-enhanced CT in the diagnosis ofgallbladder elevated lesions.
