Expression of Gastrin and T Lymphocytes in Varying Degrees of Chronic Atrophic Antral Gastritis

Objective To investigate the expression of gastrin and T lymphocytes in varying degrees of chronic atrophic antral gastritis.Methods Fifty-two cases were diagnosed with endoscopy and pathology,they were divided into mild,moderate and severe group according to the patient's severity;and divided into two groups according to associate with dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia or not;Compared the gastrin and T lymphocytes.Results Compared mild group,the difference in gastrin and CD4 levels of severe group were significantly(P0.05);Compared associated dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia group,gastrin,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 of not associated group were no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion It is play a supporting role in diagnosis of disease that elderly patients with chronic atrophic antral gastritis detect gastrin and T lymphocytes.
