Abstract
Objective:To investigate and study the effect of combined treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine on cytokine of patients with fungal vaginitis.Method:120 patients with fungal vaginitis who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group, each group had 60 cases. The observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine, while the control group was treated with western medicine, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, and the improvement of cytokines was observed.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 100%(60/60),while the total effective rate of the control group was 85%(51/60),there was significant difference(P0.05).After treatment, the inflammatory molecules TNF-α,IL-2,IL-8 and IL-13 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and there were significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The clincial efficay of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the mycotic vaginitis patients is high, the inflammatory cells are significantly improved,it is worth for clinical application.
