Efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Halometasone Ointment in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of compound glycyrrhizin combined with halometasone ointment in treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 150 patients of chronic eczema were divided into 3 groups randomly.50 patients of treatment group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined with halometasone ointment.52 patients of control group Ⅰ were treated with oral compound glycyrrhizin capsules,48 patients of control group Ⅱ were treated with halometasone ointment.Result The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were significantly different(χ2=8.82,9.16,P0.05).We found that compound glycyrrhizin combined with halometasone ointment is an alternative,safe means for chronic eczema.Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Halometasone ointment is a safe and effective alternate means to treat chronic eczema.
