Clinical Observation of Runzaozhiyang Capsules Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Xiexvfengzao Eczema

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Runzaozhiyang capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of Xiexvfengzao eczema. Methods Sixty cases of Xiexvfengzao eczema patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,30 cases each. Give the treatment group 4 Runzaozhiyang capsules three times a day, plus oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets 75 mg three times a day, along with the topical Halometasone cream for external use twice a day; Give the control group oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets 75 mg three times a day, the topical Halometasone cream twice a day; the continuous treatment lasts 4 weeks to determine the therapeutic effectiveniss. Results The effectiveness rate of the treatment group is 86.67% and the control group 58.62%, the difference has statistically significant(P0.05); adverse reaction rate of the treatment group is 6.66%, and the control group is 20.68%, the difference hasn’t statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Using Runzaozhiyang Capsules and compound glycyrrhizin tablets to treat Xiexvfengzao eczema is a safe and effective therapy.
