Abstract

Scientific Outlook of Development,which further enriches the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,is the new product of Marxism in China and an important guiding principle for the new era of economic and social development.Therefore,a profound and exact understanding of the essence of Scientific Outlook of Development should be achieved,and it should be carried out during the process of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
