Abstract

Scientific outlook on development is the inheritance and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The theory of socialism with Chinese characteristic is mainly about what is socialism and how to build socialism.The theory of scientific outlook on development is mainly about what is development,for whom to develop,on whom to depend for development,what to develop,and how to develop.It charts the orientation and road for the construction of modernization in the new century,creating the condition for Chinese nation’s revitalization.
