Abstract

Up to now, there has been no real and uniform product liability law in China. The new product quality law has been issued and the need of the development of market economy to some extent, however, it can not solve the problem of product liability comprehensively and reasonably Thus, the product liability legal system in China needs further completing in both form and content.
