Abstract
In order to optimize the technology for the extraction of polyphenols from corn silk, the extraction amount of polyphenols was taken as index to analyze the effects of solvent-to-solid ratio, ultrasonic extraction temperature and time on the extraction amount of polyphenols. Moreover,on the basis of single-factor test, response surface methodology was used to optimize the technology for the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polyphenols from corn silk. The results showed that the optimum ultrasonic-assisted extraction condition was solvent-to-solid ratio of 34∶1,extraction temperature of 75 ℃,and extraction time of 50 min.The yield of corn silk polyphenols was 174.07 mg/g under the optimum extraction condition.
