An Analysis of Space-time Evolvement of China's Regional Taxation Disparity

Abstract
Takingthree economic regions as investigated regional units,the present paper measures the internal disparity,the total disparity and the disparity of taxation among the three economic regions from 1994 to 2007 in China with Theil index.The result indicates that the total disparity comes mainly from the internal disparity and the disparity of eastern region is an important part of total disparity.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to narrowthe disparity.
