Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of huanglianjiedu decoction on expression of MCP-1/CCR2 pathway mRNA in rat with atherosclerosis.METHODS After the AS model was established, divide the animals at random into normal group, model group, huanglianjiedu decoction low dosage, middle dosage and the high dosage group and atorvastati group. The expression of MCP-1/CCR2 mRNA in aorta by RT-PCR methods.RESULTS compare to the model group, the expression of MCP-1/CCR2 mRNA in aortic was significantly 1ower in huanglianjiedu groups and atorvastati group.CONCLUSION Huanglianjiedu decoction can decrease the expression of MCP-1/ccr2 mRNA in aorta, diminish local inflammatory reaction, relieve, relieve aorta loss and protect aorta function.
