The Supervision Barrier and Countermeasure of Constructing the Service Government under the Concept of Rule of Law

It is very important to strengthen the supervision,perfect the administrative power supervision system and mechanism for the construction of the service government under the concept of rule of law.There exists certain limitation or insufficient on China's power supervision subject and supervision on the power subject which does not favor the construction of the service government.The countermeasures of strengthening supervision and promoting the construction of the service government under the constitutional government include: reform the supervision pattern;perfect the legal system of the public power supervision;further strengthen and perfect the National People's Congress' supervision;strengthen and perfect the government system internal supervision;further strengthen the judicial and procuratorial supervision;fully play the supervision function of citizen;attach importance to the supervision function of the network;perfect and strengthen the supervision of the social opinion;carry out administrative accountability system.
