Rational thinking of perfecting the system of supervision on the administrative legal system

The system of supervision on the administrative legal system has already taken shape in China, however, there are still a series of problems and insufficiencies at present: the configuration of power in the supervision system is unreasonable in general; the subjects of supervision are lack of independence that they should have; the range of supervision is too narrow; there isn't reasonable counterbalance among the objects of supervision; the means of supervision are also inefficient; the procedures of supervision are lack of transparency; and the mechanism of supervision is not interactive and far from all-around. The strategies to reform and perfect the current mechanism are: to establish the system of professional supervisors in People's Congress at all levels; to realize the independence of judicature; to broaden the range of supervision; to perfect administrative inspection and audit supervision; to strengthen the supervision of the public voice; and to set up an expedite channel for citizen supervision as well.
