Abstract
The pathogen of tomato target leaf spot occurred in Muye vegetable fields in Xinxiang was separated and identified. The results show that its pathogen is Helminthosporium carposaprum. Its biological characteristics were as follows: the optimum medium for the growth of pathogen was PSA,the optimum temperature was 20~25 ℃, the optimum pH value was 7~9. The optimum temperature for sporulation was 25 ℃, the optimum pH value was 7. The optimum temperature for the germination of spore was 20~25 ℃,and the optimum pH value was 9. RH of spore germination was 86%~100%.The lethal temperature of spore was 55 ℃.
