Abstract
The biological characteristics of Ascochyta anemones Kab.et Bub.were studied. The results indicated that the optimum medium for its growth was leaf decocts of Radix Pulsatillae+PDA,the optimum temperature was 20 ℃,the optimum pH was 6,the optimum carbon source was Maltose, the optimum nitrogen source was Poptone;the optimum medium for pycnidium formation was PSA,the optimum temperature was 25 ℃,the optimum pH was7~9,dark was beneficial for sporulation, the optimum carbon source was lactase, the optimum nitrogen source was Glycocoll;the optimum temperature for conidia germination was 25 ℃,the optimum pH was 7~9,sunlight was benefical for conidia germination, the optimum carbon source was lactase, the optimum nitrogen source was Aspartic acid;the conidium lethal temperature was 47 ℃ for 10 min.
