Physical Education in the View of Aesthetics

Physical education is attracting more and more people because of its unique charm,which ultimately reflects the spirit of human's pursuit for aesthetics.Starting with the important part of sports culture——physical education,this paper analyzes the profound mystery of physical education from aesthetic perspective,and explores the implication of aesthetics in the process of physical education.As the method of fostering a person,physical education should combine with the aesthetic spirit,so as to realize the integrated cultivation of talents from body to spirit,and further realize the value of physical education.
