A Study of the Historical Development of the Formation of the Science of Administration in China

The ideas on administration emerged and developed before the Qin Period among the slave-owner's states. After the West Han Dynasty, the Confucian ideas on administration became the accepted ones and exerted far-reaching influence on the stability and prosperity of Chinese feudal society. In modern times, under the impacts of socialism and the Western capitalism, these ideas have maintained their cultural inheritance and kept developing their rational and scientific connotations and will become a modern science of administration.
